Russian Defence Ministry: Dry cargo ship carrying military equipment for Ukraine's army hit in the Black Sea
The Russian Defence Ministry said a dry cargo ship carrying military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was hit in the Black Sea, and two electrical substations were targeted in the Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions.

The Russian Defence Ministry said on 4 November that the Russian Armed Forces continued strikes overnight on facilities of Ukraine's energy complex.
According to the ministry, a dry cargo ship carrying military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was hit in the waters of the Black Sea. The ministry did not disclose the ship's name, flag or exact location.
The ministry also said the Russian Armed Forces struck the "Nalyvaikivka" electrical substation in the Kyiv region and the "Chyzhivka" substation in the Zhytomyr region.
Earlier, on the evening of 3 November, power was completely cut in the city of Zhytomyr, and some districts of the region were also left without electricity. The city council said this was the result of an attack by Russian forces on energy infrastructure.
On 3 November, Ukraine's Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal said Russia had sent three drones at a substation critical to the stable operation of the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant. On the same day, tram and trolleybus services in Kyiv were halted due to the critical situation in the power system.
The Russian Defence Ministry had also announced on 28 July this year that ships were hit in the Black Sea and in the port of Mykolaiv.
