Russian strike on Dnipro: one killed, number of injured rises to 17
Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha said rescuers pulled a woman from the rubble; two police officers are among the injured.

One person was killed and the number of injured rose to 17 as a result of a Russian strike on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro on 3 November. This was stated by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
According to Hanzha, rescuers pulled a woman from the rubble and doctors are providing her with the necessary assistance. Police said two law enforcement officers are among the injured.
Hanzha had earlier announced that the number of injured had reached 15 and that three men were in serious condition. He noted that the search and rescue operation was being hampered by the constant threat of repeated strikes. A report released in the morning said two men aged 80 and 81 among the injured were in serious condition.
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov shared photos of a hospice damaged by a Russian missile. He said seriously ill patients were in the medical facility.
The Ukrainian Air Force said that overnight Russia attacked Ukraine with Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles, Zircon anti-ship missiles, 59 cruise missiles and 289 drones (120 of them jet-powered). The main directions of the strikes were the Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia and Dnipropetrovsk regions. According to the Ukrainian side, air defences neutralised 309 targets, missiles and drones hit 23 locations, and debris fell at 14 locations.
The Russian Defence Ministry, for its part, announced that strikes had been carried out overnight on energy facilities in Ukraine's Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
