Polish police found the bodies of three more people — two women and a man — at the home of the man who carried out the shooting in central Kraków, in the town of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said: “Two women and a man died in the criminal's house. There are many signs that these are members of his immediate family.”
Police and emergency services are investigating at the scene. The circumstances of the deaths have not yet been determined.
Donald Tusk had called the shooting in central Kraków on Saturday an act of terror. According to the governor of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, 6 people were killed and 15 injured in the attack, 12 of them in serious condition.
Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski is a town in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in south-central Poland.
