Two injured and kindergarten damaged in overnight attack on Kyiv; enterprise buildings partially damaged in Oryol
The Kyiv City Military Administration said two people were injured in an overnight Russian attack. The governor of Russia's Oryol region said production buildings of an enterprise in the city were partially damaged during a massive missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Two people are so far known to have been injured in an attack on Kyiv overnight into November 7, the Kyiv City Military Administration said. According to the administration, a kindergarten building was damaged in the Solomianskyi district and a fire broke out in a non-residential building.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko had earlier said that Russia was striking infrastructure facilities in the capital. According to Klitschko, debris fell on a five-storey residential building in the Solomianskyi district, while at another address the blast wave damaged window glass. Repeated explosions were heard in the capital several times during the night.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov also said there was information about a drone hitting the roof of a nine-storey residential building in the city's Kyivskyi district.
On the same night, the governor of Russia's Oryol region said that production buildings of an enterprise in the city of Oryol were partially damaged while a massive missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces was being repelled.
Oryol has also come under attack in recent weeks: during a missile attack on the city on October 23, the Proton plant was hit, and the bodies of three people were found under the plant's rubble the following day.
The attacks come a few days before trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine and the United States in Abu Dhabi. Vladimir Putin has confirmed that the talks will take place on November 10. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on November 6 that operations targeting Russia's oil refining sector were continuing in response to attacks on energy facilities.
