More than $2 billion in cryptocurrency has left the wallets of Binance, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges. The exchange said it is investigating a potential security issue.
Binance has not yet confirmed any impact on user funds.
The exchange's founder Changpeng Zhao said the exchange appears to have been hacked, adding that the loss may be somewhat higher but can be covered.
